Stark's Slave Mask / Farscape Main mask piece was sculpted with klean klay and cast in fiberglass from a plaster mold. The fiberglass casting was then vacuformed with 1/8th thick styrene and trimmed. The vacuform was then weathered with a soldering iron for the deep gouges in the "metal." Genuine leather straps and metal buckles were riveted to the main vacuformed face piece after it was painted with 2 layers and heavily weathered with acrylic paint. Some rivets were hand hammered or cut off short for weathering accuracy. Fully wearable.
