Kroenen Chest Armor / Hellboy Main armor pieces for Kroenen ninja suit vest. The plate bodies were made from slabs of bondo sanded smooth and layered with sintra for changing thicknesses. Raised details were hand drawn with 3D fabric glue. Dials and knobs were hand sculpted and applied to the piece. Gear box pieces were cast separatly and installed, then each box was covered with tinted plexiglass. Each plate was then molded in silicone and cast in resin. The two plate castings were then attached with 2 hinged in the middle. A highly weathered and patina paint finish was then applied.
