Surveillance Binoculars / Power Rangers S.P.D. The prop makers for the show used modified kids toy spy binoculars for this prop, so we did the same. The exact toy was located and taken apart for painting. Specific pieces were given a semi-flat white coat. Custom "SPD" decal was printed at hi-res and applied to the top openning section. All electronics and functions remain in the final piece.
