Wiretap Scrammbler / V for Vendetta Created from a modified commercially available book light, the same model used for the original film prop. The entire piece was disassembled and the electronics were reworked to run off of a more copact battery placed in the back of the unit so the bottom half could be cut off. The open cut was then covered with styrene and made flush with the plastic casing. The bright white LED was replaced with a red LED and the entire piece was repainted metallic gunmetal. Prop is functional as in the film, when the button on the side is pressed, the head unfolds itself and the light turns on once unfolded.
